Accidents happen! But with the TAL Device Protection Plan, you can have peace of mind with easy product replacement.
To enroll in ACP or Lifeline, Service Providers must offer a functional Smartphone or Tablet to each household. Defective devices within 30 days are replaced free of charge. For assistance, contact ACP&Lifeline Experts Customer Service at (386) 266-7475.
Can I Choose My Device?
You can select any available Smartphone or Tablet model from our ACP and Lifeline Program. Models may vary based on availability at the time of enrollment. We strive to provide popular models. If requesting a Tablet, a $10.01 fee is required before shipping. For those joining the Device Replacement Plan, the $5.00 premium must be paid upfront.
